As a CRM Marketing Manager you will be supporting and promoting the expansion of our shopping portals. As responsible person for our CRM strategy your work will have a major contribution on our search engine rankings and traffic numbers.
YOUR CHALLENGE AND TASKS
•You plan and create weekly newsletters in cooperation with in-house editors and designers
•You develop custom segmentation strategy based on customer shopping behaviour and brand’s KPIs; you increase engagement and conversion by creating personalised, highly relevant emails.
•You leverage website data and customer behaviours to build personalised dynamic emails with content and products to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
•You improve email performance by continuously testing and optimising email creative, cadence, offers, content, messaging, subject lines, calls to action and more.
•You develop and segment our email subscriber base to improve the open rate and the click rate of the newsletters
•You manage daily operations of the email program including developing email calendars, coordinating with other marketing teams on key themes and promotions; execution and deployment of seasonal email campaigns; measurement and analysis of key business metrics; and communication of results to management.
•You analyse and assess email performance on a regular basis in order to identify any changing business trends and take action where necessary.
•You have 1+ year of work experience in CRM Marketing
•You have a good understanding of the common online marketing and MS-Office Tools
•You bring strong analytical skills and rely on data for any decision
•You bring basic HTML knowledge
•You possess good English skills
•You are a creative individual that is constantly on top of the latest trends and topics
•You feature a communicative and proactive personality as well as a self-dependent working manner
