We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Berlin-based team and grow the relationships we’ve built with mobile gaming studios around the world over the last 5 years. Account Management at PlaytestCloud stands for delivering a stellar customer experience to every client, from the smallest indie studio to the biggest players in mobile gaming. Our guiding principle is doing what’s right for our clients. We prioritize long-term profits and relationships, which results in us having a loyal and engaged customer base that loves to recommend us.
As our account manager, you will be the face of PlaytestCloud and are the first point of contact for clients in your portfolio. You answer product questions, plan playtesting projects, create and communicate quotes, plan long-term contracts and find new opportunities for using PlaytestCloud to improve the success of their games. Meeting customers face-to-face is a central part of our Account Management approach. You will regularly travel to visit clients at their offices and at conferences, learning more about their approach to testing and giving tailored presentations to increase their engagement with our services.

IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL
2 to 4 years of experience in an Account Management role
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can handle every customer situation
You are willing to go the extra mile for our customers
You thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
You have excellent organizational skills, are detail oriented, and think proactively
You are a team player with an excellent work ethic
You are familiar with today’s top mobile games
You are a native English speaker (German is not required for the role)
You have permission to work in Germany
