Based in Berlin, Audible Germany is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager (m/f) who is going to be responsible for transforming interested visitors on audible.de into engaged listeners. Together with the Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you will work closely with both, the acquisition- and the product marketing teams to improve the user journey for millions of users interested in audiobooks. Your work to improve the conversion funnel performance is crucial for our ability to grow the business and making it easier for these users to enjoy moments of inspiration through outstanding stories.
•Ideate A/B test hypothesis in line with strategic goals to drive the testing roadmap.
• Analyze and initiate qualitative and quantitative insights to gather testing ideas and define priorities.
•Plan and execute (develop creative solution with visual designer, implement and run) all A/B tests on Audible Website to increase the conversion funnel performance.
• Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures.
•Share and discuss ideas and results with local stakeholders and international counterparts.
•Draft and create Audible landing pages for acquisition channels that adhere to best practices and test learnings.
•Continuously improve internal CRO workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog.
•+5 years’ experience and proven track record of successfully executing and evaluating tests to optimize the online conversion funnel performance.
• Creative mindset and experience ideating based on qualitative and quantitative insights. •A profound understanding of UX, usability and design.
•Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target or VWO) and web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
•Well organized in a fast-paced environment and accountable to timelines.
•Good communicator with various teams and strong team-player.
•Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications: •Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JS. •Knowledge about e-commerce and online marketing trends.
