Do what you love
•Independently manage regional groups and support the network building of our international communications associations •Work alongside our international association coordinators to develop concepts for regional events and training formats and research and identify relevant issues and developments in the field of communication and other management functions •Plan, carry out and evaluate regional debates, coaching days and webinars with 10 to100 participants •Manage invitations and participant organisation for events, create marketing and information mailings and prepare other publicity materials and presentations •Oversee a polished and professional event programme, perform follow-up and evaluation for the events and maintain clear and up-to-date online event descriptions •Act as primary contact for participants, speakers, association officials and service providers (location, technology, catering) for all event-related matters •Communicate and consult internally with other departments and coordinate budgets for international events •Perform general correspondence to support members regarding the ongoing activities of the associations
Show us what you can do
•Completed professional training in event management or a bachelor’s degree in communications, media or PR, business administration, event management or a comparable educational programme •Preferably professional or internship experience in event or project management and marketing, ideally in a service-oriented company •Sound knowledge of content management systems, mailing creation tools, social media and MS Office suite •Excellent command of written and spoken English, ideally gained through international travel and experience •Strength in communication and coordination as well as in creating texts and messages for internal and external use •Strong interest in topics related to public relations, corporate communications, media and digital platforme •High level of motivation, organisational skills with a meticulous and independent approach to work •Prepared to have fun at work and possess a positive mindset
